VOICEMAIL
Q: How do I access my voicemail?
A: If you are accessing the voicemail from home, you will dial *100 and then if prompted enter your four-digit pin code. If calling from an outside line you will dial your voicemail access number, it will prompt you for your ten-digit telephone number and then your four-digit pin code.
Q: I do not remember my pin code, how do I reset it?
A: Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-840-6673 so we can place an order to reset it.
BILLING
Q: I want to pay online, how do I set up an online account?
A: Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-840-6673 to set up your account, you will be asked to provide a username and password in order to create your account. Then visit the SCTC home page and pay via the yellow Online Billing button on the top right corner.
Q: I would like my payment to come out automatically, how do I set up autopay?
A: Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-840-6673 and we can set up autopay with a credit card or debit card.
Q: I do not want a paper bill; do you have any other options?
A: We can set up your account for email billing please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-840-6673.
Q: I would like to make a payment, what are my options?
A: We can take a payment over the phone with a debit or credit card, you can set up an online account and pay online or we can set you up on autopay. Please contact our office at 1-800-840-6673.
Q: I want to make an international call; can I do that?
A: Yes, your rate will be dependent on your calling plan but you can dial direct by dialing 011 then the two-digit country code, the two-digit city code and then the seven or ten digit phone number.
Q: My service is down, how do I report it?
